At X/X T-Shirt Store, we strive to provide high-quality products and ensure customer satisfaction. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept returns only under the conditions outlined below:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
  • Products with removed, damaged, or missing tags are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
  • Return requests must be submitted within [7/14] days of receiving the order.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

To be eligible for a replacement:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Provide clear photos showing the damage or defect.
  3. A complete unboxing video is mandatory for all damage, defect, or missing-item claims.
  4. The unboxing video must:
    • Start before the package is opened.
    • Clearly show the shipping label and package condition.
    • Show the entire unboxing process without cuts or edits.

Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement.

Refunds

Refunds are generally not provided for:

  • Change of mind.
  • Incorrect size selection by the customer.
  • Products with removed tags.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Claims submitted without the required unboxing video for damaged-item requests.

Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection and approval.

Replacements

We will replace products that:

  • Arrive damaged.
  • Have manufacturing defects.
  • Are different from the item ordered.

Replacement requests are subject to verification of the submitted photos and unboxing video.
